What is a Coffee Sales Representative?
As a Coffee Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines of this movement—educating, engaging, and converting first-time customers into Cometeer believers.
At our WestFarms Mall Kiosks, you’ll:
- Demo the product – Show how easy and fast it is to prepare
- Let them taste it – Offer free samples of our flash-frozen, peak-flavor coffee
- Drive growth – Sign customers up for flexible, convenient subscriptions

What You’ll Earn:
- $20/hour base pay
- $20 commission per new subscription
- Performance bonuses for top sellers

What We’re Looking For
- Coffee Lovers – If you geek out over flavor notes, brewing methods, or espresso ratios—you’ll fit right in
- Sales & Engagement Pros – Experience in direct sales, customer service, marketing, or barista work is a big plus
- Natural Connectors – You know how to turn a quick chat into a real conversation
- Energetic & Adaptable – You’re great with people and comfortable in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Reliable & Driven – You’re excited to grow with a brand that’s going places
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Work in a stationary position for extended periods of time (standing and sitting)
